Services Provided:

We offer Christian counseling (individual, couples, and group), mindset coaching, emotional healing programs, The Mind Set Free Methodology, workshops, digital resources, and books. All services that integrate faith-based principles and emotional wellness strategies are educational and spiritual. We reserve the right to deny services to persons who are not a good fit for our services.

Nature of Services:

Francine Pierson holds an M.A. in Christian Counseling and is a Certified Christian Counselor. Our services are faith-based counseling and coaching—not state-licensed psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. They are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

User Responsibility:

Clients are fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and the outcomes during and after receiving services. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

Payments:

Cancellations: Provide a 25-hour cancellation notice to avoid fees (email francinecoach@gmail.com). No shows and same-day cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee.
Digital Products: All sales are final once access is granted.
Programs: Programs can be paid in full or by an established payment plan.

Intellectual Property:

All content (The Mind Set Free Methodology, materials, videos, PDFs, etc.) is the intellectual property of Francine Pierson and Personal Empowerment Coaching. You may: Use materials for personal growth. You may NOT: Reproduce, resell, record sessions, or post purchased materials online.

Confidentiality:

We maintain strict confidentiality except when legally required to disclose:

Imminent danger to self or others
Child, elder, or dependent adult abuse

Group Sessions Confidentiality:

For group programs:

What's shared in the group stays in the group.
No sharing others' identities or stories outside the group
Maintain a respectful, safe environment.

Virtual Sessions:

Sessions are conducted via video (Zoom/Google Meet). You are responsible for reliable internet and technology. Recording sessions is strictly prohibited.

Modifications
We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Service Agreement Acknowledgment:

When receiving services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. "I have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the nature of faith-based counseling services." A signed waiver for services is required.

Acceptance:

By using this website, booking services, or purchasing products from Personal Empowerment Coaching, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. User of the website and services acknowledge their acceptance of the above-stated Terms of Service and agree to be bound hereby.
